Creating and managing customer appointments on the go

Problem

The customer relationship management (CRM) web application was not built with mobile in mind. This grew even more apparent as the app’s popularity rose. The ‘Appointments’ list view and the ‘New Appointment’ creation view failed to serve sales representatives when they needed it most – to contact and schedule contacts quickly. The app needed a responsive design to streamline those components.

Proposed Changes

The application needs to give sales representatives on-the-go access to the CRM. This new design makes the ‘Appointments’ list easier to view the contact name, company and telephone number. A few taps allows users to schedule the day and time of appointments. The design works on any device for everyday convenience.
